When you first take possession of your property we can provide a full builders clean prior to the delivery of your furniture.

General cleaning of the apartment or Villa will be carried out at your request to suit your holidays or rentals. 

Arrival cleans will ensure that the property is sparkling, fresh and smelling sweet. The beds will be made with fresh linen, and clean towels will be placed throughout the bathrooms. 

An interim housekeeping service is available midway through your, or your guests stay, should you require it. No one really wants to clean whilst on holiday, we want you to enjoy your stay, not worry about cleaning. The interim clean will involve changing the linen and cleaning the bathrooms.

During the departure clean, we will remove all refuge and ensure that the cooking utensils, fridge, microwave, oven and toaster are left in a clean condition. The property will be cleaned and the used linen collected. Outdoor furniture will be left in a suitable position and the cushions stored indoors.

Terraces and windows can be cleaned but are priced separately from the general housekeeping service.
