If you would like a weekly check on your property and a monthly email report sending to you, then our management fee would apply. We have a set fee for our Ruby service of 45Euro per month  (regardless of the size of your property).    This can be paid monthly or annually in advance. We also offer tiered packages with tiered prices to suit your requirements starting from 10 euro per month,  for further details please go to our Prices section.

During the regular visits we will check that the property is secure and that there are no leaks or electrical problems, all taps will be run and toilets flushed. The property will also be aired and checked for stale odours. We will also check for any unwanted visitors!!! 

Minor problems will be notified via the monthly report, any major problems will be reported immediately by telephone or email.
