Note 1. | Property checks consist of entering the property on scheduled visits and airing the property, running taps & flushing toilets, checking for signs of damp and pest infestation and that the property is in good order. |
Note 2. | Access for tradesmen or deliveries during normal working hours Monday to Friday (9am - 5pm) is chargeable. Please email us for our current price list. |
Note 3. | Meet and greet between 9am - 5pm (Monday to Friday) is free if taking the Ruby package but chargeable for all other packages. Additional charges apply to out of normal hours and weekends. The "out of working hours and weekend" charges are applicable to all packages. |
Note 4. | The owner(s) must provide names, flight details, and arrival times of any guests staying in their property who require a "meet & greet". The guests should then contact us on the numbers provided when they arrive to arrange a suitable time to meet at the property. We will meet at the agreed time and the price schedule described in Note 3 applies (payable by the owner unless previously arranged). Should the guests fail to arrive on time we will wait for 1 hour then additional charges will be applied. (Payable by the owner) Please email us for our current price list. |
Note 5. | By arrangement with the owner we will make additional property checks following severe weather conditions. If required we will also attend in the event of security alarm activation. These will be charged per visit & the rates depend upon the time of day / night. |
Laundry. | The Laundry is charged "at cost" from the laundry plus a handling charge for drop off and collection. |

Garden services. | Care for your plants in this warm climate is very important, we can arrange for gardening services to tend your floral displays, from a terrace garden to a detached villa. Prices for gardening services are subject to prior viewing, please contact us for further details. |
Window cleaning. | A complete window cleaning service is available, prices for this are also subject to prior viewing (a limited amount of window cleaning is included in the fixed price arrival clean, as part of our management packages). |
